Rock Garden at Whistling Gardens
This garden looks wonderful in all season. It is nearly an acre of alpine plants, succulents, cacti, perennials, dwarf conifers, and Asian maples are nestled in between locally hand picked limestone and granite. Our fossil collection is also located in this garden. It contains well-preserved specimens of plants and small aquatic life when this area was an ancient sea from the Lower Devonian and Upper Silurian Periods.

Be sure to visit this garden in the spring. It has almost 2,000 flowering bulbs including 1,200 Muscari bulbs to create a blue "river".
